Dual oil filter mounts

Is it worth it to get the dual filter mount with a filter relocation kit?
What are your opinions?
They work in parallel to reduce the amount of oil that gets bypassed, right?

If you use a good filter and change the oil regularly then you dont need 2 filters.

You would use the second filter inline for either extra oil capacity throughout the motor, or you would use the second filter as a micro filter, such as a trasko (sp?) for superior filtration. Bear in mind, if you go the second route, that the first micron filter will not last nearly as long as the rest as it will catch the majority of the larger particles within the oil compared the the next filters you would use would ensure filtration down to very fine micron levels. Bear in mind, these filters aren't exactly cheap .

Oil is always going to follow the path of least resistance so I'm not sure if there would be any benefit to using staggered filters.
