drivers seat broken

Has anyone else had a problem where the drivers seat will not stay locked in place. if i lean back against the seat, it slips out of the lock potition and falls totally back. Any way to fix or is a new seat required?

Try it in different positions (NO, I'm not talking about sex, but you can use this principal there too). I had a seat that did that in most of it's positions, but would be fine either all the way up, or at a point where someone must have kept it all the time.

My driver seat now doesn't fall all at once, but I constantly have to bring it back up with the turn handle on the side. That's chain driven , so maybe I could tighten the chain somehow when I have some extra time.
