That was horrible. I'm sure he substained two femur fx's...at least. He is probably still messed up from that and will be for life.
Apparently that lady really likes saving fuel. So much so that she forgot to stop and help that guy...
Well, if you think about it, 2 broken legs is bad.

and this boys an girls, is why we stress the importance of doing a proper pre-trip inspection at the beginning of each day. Look close, it's not a big wheel, it's a set of duals off of a truck. that set prolly weighed about 300 lbs. and it does happen from time to time. some trucking sompany got their ass sued off, and rightfully so
