Crazy Power Steering PROBLEM

Swapped PPS computer and still the same... some power steering, but no PPS.

If you have some ps but no PPS, could be the pump not pumping right or perhaps some fluid bypass in the rack. Look up the pressure specs and test those out the make sure there are the right pressures in the system
