Ok.. i've done this before a while back but i want to be sure im doing this right.

Is this adjusted right? i just insert it into the head like it is right now, right? and it has to stay at 1 oclock aligned like this picture shows?

its supposed to be set like this when the engine is TDC along with the cams at TDC??????
i have the tsrm but its not very clear to me.

So this would mean that my engine is 0 degrees TDC? And its good to try and start?

it looks like you might be one tooth off. i have always lined mine up like i show in the link, and always get the timing dead on with no problems.

is your pic taken at an odd angle or something? it threw me off at first.

im holding the cps by where the bolt goes to adjust it up and down.. if the cps were pointed up i have the tooth to 1 o'clock

edit: yes i took the pic at a slight angle
