Not sure would like to know when the track opens and then get there with time to unload and get the DR on and set up.

I have a feeling we will be leaving mid morning to try and miss some of the boarder line up.

Edit: I see the track opens at 5pm, would like to be there a bit early to get in line and then get set up. Maybe get our Hotel squared away before too.

Back and forth. Most likely. I think it would be a good idea to Meet at the Skagit Valley casino. It is just off of I 5 south and is only two lights also has a gas station and a mini mart. I 5 construction at the HWY 20 inter change is finished, Arlington is finished as well. A bit of work going on in Smokey Point Just south of Arlington.

It "should" be smooth sailing all the way down.

We should be able to meet you there, I'm going to try and keep from putting crap gas in for a bit so hope to not need to fill up there. Is there any gas stations down there they have 94? Or any of those race gas pumps?

I'm glad to hear that there is no construction on the way down, my car is so low it will be a long ride if there is.

Is traffic going to be bad going on 405 to the track?

Maybe. what time do you think we are going to be going thru that area?
Hmm I will check on the gas. I know most are 93 .

Not sure what time maybe 3ish.

If there is 93 it should be ok I think, I'm tuning it on 94 up here so I do not think there will that big a difference. Well just make sure the knock sensors are set up.

Thanks Matt.

No problem. Yeah traffic is going to be shitty on the 405 at that time. Might be easier to take I 5 the head east. I wonder if there are is a Mariner game that day. Might be a factor on traffic

I guess the other option is to get there earlier, and just chill at the track till gates open. Would rather not drive in heavy stop and go with my car as the Clutch is a bitch lol.

Jeremy, I think we should leave here at 10 ish, that way we will miss the rush traffic, and get to the hotel at 1 ish and have time to get set up and to the track early. We can meet at the BIC shop for all the Van people then cruise down. Anyone booked hotel yet?

Update, got the trans and twin plate clutch installed today, should be driving it tomorrow.

As I said on SF, leaving 10 will not leave you much time to hit the drags. Leave at 10, (get to border and wait times 11 at border) show up there around 1-2 then get hotel and rush hour for the drags, sounds like fun to me.

I am leaving early, around 6 ish, so I skip all of that bs.

After the change in Drag racing Venue I'm going to be leaving around 7am if I can. We now have to drive though both Seattle and Tacoma to get to the new track and i have been stuck in Tacoma rush hour. Not going to do that again so I am going to leave early so I am not rushed once I get there.

The new track is also opening there gates at 3pm so that gives us some more time to get ready to run less time to get there. I also want to get my Hotel all sorted out on my way down so I am not looking for one after the drags.

If anyone else is interested in leaving earlier let em know, would like to have at least one other car to go with.

Jeremy

p.s. Matt is this going to work with you?

I most likely will not be driving the Supra. I developed a slight oil issue. Seems to be smoking slightly on decel. I am not to concerned. Pretty sure it is the turbo. No biggie I will drive the Solara. But I will still caravan down if you all want to.
