Have you ditched the stock coil pack? If so, I'd like to know about it.

I am just looking for a head count. If the count is high enough, I'll consider moving forward with my idea.

Yes, but... I also got rid of the rest of the engine. I'm guessing that doesn't count.

I got my coils (with wires) off of Ebay for $80 iirc I bought new coil boots ($15 for all 3) so $95 total. New coils would be much more expensive, but that's the way it goes!

The only real cost is in the coils themselves. There are a handful of options out there. I went the MK4 VVTI route and paid $150 for mine.
