Just wanted to share the smoker that my brother built for my roommate and I this past weekend. I haven't cooked anything on it yet, but I hope to in the next few weeks. It's all very exciting! MEAT!

I was just going to type the only thing that grill needs now is some powdercoating and then I scrolled down to see that it was powdercoated.

Sweet man!

Normally I can't even finish a whole steak before it grows cold, being a little too picky about fat trimming for my own good, but a buddy of mine cooks what might as well be dinosaur steaks in a smoker quite similar to yours there. I think I probably ate 3lbs of meat before it even hit the plate, smokers are awesome for flavor in the right hands!

So, that was all from scratch huh? Nice. :)
