I stayed up all night that night and killed everyone, it was always either Madagascar or New Zealand that was left, finally ended up STARTING on NZ and very slowly whooped the whole world's ass. Canada spread fastest from my experience but I could never get the islands with it there.

No, the trick is to keep your shit undetected until you get Madagascar because if you don't they seriously close their ports at the sneezing guy in Brazil and you're effed.
