black h&r springs? any info?

Hey guys
i'm gonna be trading someone my apexi safc for some h&r springs.
They were used for roughly 5-6 thousand miles.

First question, anything i should look for when getting a used set?

Is it worth trading for an safc?

Also he said they are black springs, in progressive.


Anyone have any info on these black h&r springs?
any help would be appreciated

never heard of em. maybe the dirt has just turned the dark green'ish/blue color black?

youre dealing with my bro, huh? yeah its worth it if you really want springs and dont want your SAFC much. they looked black to me and they are progressive.

find out for me what colour they are
because i've never really heard of black ones
He told me they might be sport springs
i know they have sport and race springs

and from what i've been told is that progressive, the coils get a little smaller.
They are also suppose to tighten up in the corners.

we cant really tell u right now until his insurance company takes pictures of the car. its most likely dark blue with some dust/dirt on it. ill find out for ya, tho, buddy.

yeah...at T2k5. kinda ironic cause the story is like this.

We are all in Houston..the drag races is in San Antonio. I try to convince him to go with us..but he says he doesnt trust his NA to make it that far of a trip and decides to go home which is like 20 minutes away.

funny..if he woulda went with us, this may have not had happened lol.

anyways, he drove on a green light from a stop and someone ran the red at an intersection an they collided. car is totalled..but alot of it is ok. rims, tires, suspension, engine, tranny, interior, all fine. Just the body looks like its been tattood by a shitty driver.

well he has another supra in pretty good shape..his suspension is stock on the red supra and theres nothing wrong with it.

as far as the drop goes...yeah it was low..but thats expected with H&R's
