Grimjack has one. It attaches to a trailer hitch IIRC.

I would like to see a custom one that attaches to the hatch and the bike stands up on the rear window without the front wheel. I think that would be great.

I had a GRABER model on my 88 NA for about 5-6 years. The car was sold with it still attached. It worked great. I used it to haul my bike up to competitive events. It will create significant wind noise if you don't purchase the the wind spoiler that attaches to the front of the rack.

The GRABER used 4 long metal pieces (2 per side) with hooked ends that went in underneath the roof drip side moulding. It is then tighten down by a knob which attaches the metal piece to the rack frame. Occassionally the area where the moulding is attached to the roof moulding will leak a little it rained.

I don't think the GRABERs are around anymore. The YAKIMAs or THULE seem to be the brand of choice for cyclists now. There are other brands though. This is just what I see at all the races now.

This is where I get all my stuff from or try a local bike shop.

Yup, sportworks rack slides right into the trailer hitch. The hitch mount was a 5 minute install job, too.

I plan on picking up a spare targa roof and permanently bolting/welding on a bike rack to it.

I have a Thule roof rack (they're the ones with rectangular bars). I don't think it was actually made to fit a MK3 specifically (I bought it used), but it works well.

me too.

back when the supra was my only ride, i had the complete thule sys on it. they do make the proper fit kit for it (heck, i still might have mine...anyone want it?) and you'll need the "short roof adaptor".

EDIT: i still have the FIT KIT for the supra.....the entire rack is NOT available.

Thanks! :) It's not quite that configuration anymore, I've changed forks, stem, cranks, and brakes since that photo was taken. Should be out riding it tomorrow, actually!
