wow thnx i've been looking arround allot but i have yet to see a picture of a white mkIII on white TT mkiv wheels.

IIRC they are JDM center caps, they were KeithH's wheels but they have since gone on to a new home.

Not JDM, just newer. They came on North American models as well. (98 Only IIRC).

They look much nicer than the early caps.

Sure, 42603-14340 is the part number. I was wrong about them being 98 only though, they are listed for 97-98 N/A Supras, and there was a choice for the Turbos.
