While I do a full rebuild to my motor, I think it's wise to replace all the coolant lines. I've gone through the EPC on Cygnus and managed to find what I think is all the hoses and part numbers. What I'm looking for is clarification that I actually have all the hoses, and that the part numbers I have are correct.
Please note, this is for a RHD Supra

Lower radiator - 16572-42010
Upper radiator - 16571-42010
To turbo - 16285-42010
From turbo - 16284-42011
From water bypass line to head union bolt - 16282-42010
From head union bolt to heater control valve - 87245-1B251
From heater control valve to heater core - 87245-1B220
From heater core to water bypass line - 87245-1B262
From head to ISCV - 16261-42010
From ISCV to throttle body - 16264-42040
From throttle body to water bypass line - 16267-42020
From water bypass line to thermostat housing - 16283-42010

I did a search on here and couldn't find much on part numbers for the complete set. Maybe we can compile complete sets for both RHD and LHD and get it stickied as I think it's important information to be able to access quickly.

Cheers,
Dale

there like a heater hose set out of silicone but someone needs to make an entire hose kit either with rubber or silicone.

Question: is there a list of hose lengths and widths in inches so that when someone goes to a hose supplier, they can order that size? If there was, it would be a simple matter of getting 3 ~ 6ft. of hose and cut to length the various hoses by width.

I am eventually gonna get the sizes and lengths of all the hoses when I convert all of mine over to earls braided stainless. Its expensive for them but probably cheaper than dealer. Most will be just a straight forward size requirement, but some will need some dual barb fittings. But to me I would rather have the barbs and stainless than dealer. Unless you are going for an oe look then more power to you.

I'm only looking to increase the life of the engine by replacing whatever hoses I can get my hands on. This "wandering coolant Issue" has got me paranoid about where the next leak will spring from, and if I keep having to go back into the motor to replace stuff I want to do as much right the first time. Stainless would be cool, but I'm not doing it for the looks. I just want this engine to last quite a bit longer.

Found these on evilbay, Samco do both the top/bottom hoses and an ancillary hose kit, not bad prices considering the cost at a dealer.

Now watch out on that. Most hose dealers will tell you what the temperature ratings are for those hoses, and I see nothing in the page that does. Depending on your area, you need to know roughly how hot those hoses can withstand otherwise you run into more serious problems with hoses blowing off, melting, etc. Unless they are all temp graded AND infused with wiring inside, I wouldn't trust 'em, even if they're silicone.

Being a brand like Samco I'd be surprised if there were any issues with them
I know of people using the radiator hoses with no problems but I guess you never know with the ancillary hoses

The samco lower hose does not fit, you will have to add an extension piece, if ur on get it wont be as large of a part as if you are running gte. Also as for the braided hoses you are usually cheeper with braided hoses than parts from toyota.

Well what size braided hose works for the radiator, its not really a great idea to run the braided lines without AN fittings I think
