I didn't see an E3 thread yet so I made one!

Did anyone see the Microsoft briefing? WTF did I miss. All I read from xbox.com is that they are releasing a halo 3 edition xbox with HDMI and what not. I missed most of it because i had to pick up the sister. INFORM ME!!!

They released a video for Halo 3's campaign and also added new pictures to their gallery. It seems that the Halo 1 pistol has made a come back! And the brutes look seriously ugly.

There's only 2 things I'm REALLY waiting for this year:

1) For NiGHTS Wii and Spore to come out

2) For Square-Enix to announce that last year's tech demo of FFVII was no demo at all...


And I just looked at the schedule and I won't be able to watch Nintendo's or Sony's press conferences! DAMMIT!

Too bad release is spring of 08' now. Ah well I can wait.

Yeah, good and bad.
I'm glad they are finishing Spore properly to have a full working game. Not some half assed release that got out in time.

They say its in Alpha phase right now.
So find out where they are playing it and become one of their guinea pigs.

Not a fan of testing, I played a few cracked betas of some games that'll remain nameless, haha, and got pissed beyond quite often.

Like I'd be playing a game for awhile and then just come up on a bug and BAM!...hours and hours of work erased because the game froze, the code just sort of fell off into nowhere or because things like inventory lists were like black holes that sucked in whatever was put in them and wouldn't let them back out


I think I can wait a little longer... just so long as it's release is not a repeat of Neverwinter Nights 2...

Thats what i heard also. It was just using a different gfx engine, and not the release one.

Probably the best feature of H3 is you have to be more accurate with your shots.

Picture playing a SWAT game in H2, headshots only.... Thats what H3 is like on a normal basis. I like it alot better, it keeps the n00bs from just spraying you and getting lucky.

They keep delaying it. Me and my buddy took a day off work when H3 beta came out and would typically play it for 6hrs straight every day. I can't play H2 like that, it's just too grainy for me too stare at that long. The smoothness of H3 makes it easy to play.

hopefully the graphical glitches of H2 are in the past...

the first halo is still my favorite so far...

EDIT: killzone 2 looks SICK!

Halo 3 might force me to buy a 360.

I bought an XBOX SOLELY for Halo 1. (I then bought H2 when it came out)
I still have ONLY Halo games for my XBOX.

I bought a PS2 SOLELY for GT4. I have yet to buy another PS2 game and IMO GT4 was well worth the ~260 bucks for the system, game and memory card. :)
