'87 NA for $950, '87 NA for $4000...hmmm

In my area there's two very similar (same color, mileage, both are manual) '87 NA's for sale, one being $950 and one being $4000. The first seems too low price-wise, and the second being at a dealer sounds way too high. My friend wants a Supra, and I think a turbo car would be more than he could handle, so I was wondering if those prices were too low or too high. I have another friend who bought an '89 Turbo in great shape for $3200, so I can't think of a reason why an '87 NA should cost $4000, especially considering the mileage is about 172k. Anyhow, if there's any advice you guys can offer like what's a good price range for a good condition (a.k.a. doesn't need work right off the bat) Supra, we'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I bought my current '88NA for $200 (with BHG). Body is 9/10, interior was 8/10... 170,000 miles.

I'd say you should be looking to spend around $3000 for a nice NA that doesn't need mechanical work (but may have some minor cosmetic issues -- especially interior)
