In case anyone missed my thread on supraforums, I put down 511rwhp at 25psi yesturday. Only internal mods are ARP headbolts and cometic headgasket.

Yeah my setup is very basic right now. Full exhaust, HKS manifold/wastgate SP59 turbo, intercooler/pipes, 550 injectors/walbro, lex AFM, EVC, AFC, HKS-FCD.

I'm somewhat dissappointed that it took so much boost to make that power. I thought I could pull 500rwhp at 21-22psi.

Thanks everyone..

Capton, the HKS manifold and wastegate you sold me work great. And I have no idea about that check??

With the clutch, flywheel and all the engine mods its a little over $6k. It adds up quick...And they didn't have all that cheap chineese stuff when I started.

I have been over 400rwhp for over 2.5 years now. Other than lifting my first metal headgasket and overheating at 24psi, the car hasn't meissed a beat.

The bad thing here is that I bet I could have hit 500rwhp with my $1150 SP61GT. And with better spool. Oh well, I think I can still get more out of it without turning up the boost.

I come from a land down under
Just shows what proper assembly and a good condition motor can do! :)

I just hope this doesn't inspire a bunch of the younguns to try and do the same with their 200.000 mile old 7M's .......
