1jz head + 2jz block = 3.0 1jz

I thought we all knew this?

from wiki..

"The 3rd Gen 1JZ came as either a 3L single turbo flat 6 or the 2.5 twin turbo with reworked head incorporating toyota's new VVT-i (variable valve timing with intelligence). Output stayed the same except throttle response was increased slightly as well as TQ figures. This engine was used primarily in Toyota's X chassis cars (Chaser, Mark II, Cresta, Verossa) and in the late year Soarers, as the JZA70 Supra was long discontinued by this time."

1jz 3 liter flat 6?:3d_frown:

You guys are aware the wiki is a site where any Joe Blow can add an article. Don't believe everything that you read on there.

wikipedia is garbage. do not rely on it for useful information

in college if you use it as a source you are fucked. unless your teacher is an idiot and/or doesnt care
