1.15 turbine housing, is it too big?

i got a turbo manifold on my 7mgte and a t4 turbo witha 1.15 backhousing<
people tell me its too bigand will lag massive! add to those comments,opinionswhatever that could help me! i need to know asap! thanks

If it is a GT42r that actually the A/r you want. Lag? not when the turbo can breath!!

chances are it's not. sounds more like an ebay special diesel turbo....in which case, you DO NOT want it.

what are the exact specs on the turbo?

ok, its a a/r 60 front housing, 62 trim,ar 1.15 backhousing,p trim turbine! i think it would lag massive! too small of a front housing for that backhousing!

Don't worry about the front housing. The rear housing should be a .60-.85 depending on where you are making power.
