I would be worried if you're running 12.5 afr under full boost. That's a little lean, you should ideally be around 11.2-11.5. Maybe clean your AFM? Then check your wastegate lines. One of my bolts holding the wastegate to my housing stripped once causing overboost. Maybe swap wastegates? I...

Set the duty cycle to like 45-50, that should put you around 10lbs. I'd also check the vacuum lines going into the solenoid.

My leak is coming from the rubber hose at the back/passenger side of the head. It took me forever to find it because the heat from the manifold was evaporating the coolant. I'd check there, it's happened to me twice now.

I would think it'd be a pretty big leak for it to drop 5lbs right away and the bouncing back up is a bit strange. You might be onto something with the fpr. I'd try getting one and see how that treats you. It can't hurt anything.
