My bet is on TPS needing adjustment, or timing, if you didn't time it with a light you should and with the jumper wire on which ever terminals the TSRM says in the Diagnostic box.
You also should verify your timing marks, #1 piston at TDC, rotor pointing at #1 plug wire, cam gears at the hash marks, and the crank mark at "0".
Do you have your ECU grounds connected on the intake manifold above the starter? Those wires will reach the starter btw.... Satan made me connect...
