    My bet is on TPS needing adjustment, or timing, if you didn't time it with a light you should and with the jumper wire on which ever terminals the TSRM says in the Diagnostic box.

    Well I guess you found your problem, the compression test shows what you are describing upon inspection of the HG.

    Not only that ^^but this is the GE section not GTE...but I would say yes you should tune it with the SAFC. Check your connections on the SAFC.

    Have you checked the timing again with a light and jumper wire? Check for vacume leak also.

    You also should verify your timing marks, #1 piston at TDC, rotor pointing at #1 plug wire, cam gears at the hash marks, and the crank mark at "0". Do you have your ECU grounds connected on the intake manifold above the starter? Those wires will reach the starter btw.... Satan made me connect...

    Alot of people forget to do what the TSRM says to do, rotate the motor a couple of revs by hand and double check your marks again.
