dont blow ure money on godspeed turbos....use that money and get a used holset HX35. u will not regret it. they are OEM and have superb build quality and are cheap and easy to rebuild. I reccomend u do some research on them before u make a decision.

It seems like ure on the right thought process. The tccs needs an o2 signal to be able to make adjustments to Vf. Try running the stock o2 to see if u get Vf to stabilize. Double check your connections to make sure ure sending the narrow band signal to the right wire. Do u have an AFPR or are u...
If its just those two plugs that are busted then you could fix them yourself. They should just splice in. As far as the avalon ignitor goes, dont quote me but it should splice right in.
