First test drive tonight! Still think I have a boost leak somewhere, I can see the digital gauge move from 12-16psi. But I don't feel any surging, so I am wondering if after another leak test if it's just the sensitivity of the gauge. Not really a fan of the digital vs the needle gauges...

Yeah i ordered both flanges and a 45 degree 3mm thick pipe, wasn't that bad. Took me about half day. I suspended the turbo in the engine compartment to have it sit were i wanted, then trimmed the pipe to fit. i have some pics a few pages back i believe. Total cost was around $60 i think.

I have had good luck taking a pair of pliers and slightly bending up the lip/edge of the pipe. Then positioning the clamp just behind the edge/lip on the coupling.

Little behind on the updates! Will post some more pics in the next few days. Took down the fuel tank today for a Walbro 255 and fuel filter. Only bolts that broke were the 4 for the plastic under shield, will be an easy fix so not to worried about it. Inside of the tank looked great too...
