Headlights not retracting / not closing

Hi all, I've searched here, supraforums, even googled, and found several threads where lights don't turn on and don't flip up, turn on but not flip up, and flip up but not turn on, but I've not yet see where lights turn on, flip up, but don't close. This is my situation here. I've been doing...

    No Fuel Pressure

I feel stupid now :: hommer :::: facepalm ::...All I had to do was attempt to actually start the car. Once the engine started turning over I could hear the pump running and see stable fuel pressure. So it looks like in my situation, replacing the EFI fuse was the solution. Thanks for the...

    No Fuel Pressure

Tested out the circuit opening relay...operation and continuity are fine.

    No Fuel Pressure

12v mod was done. With the ignition switch to ON, I actually tested jumping +B and Fp from the diagnostic port. The pump does run and I am able to see pressure. I did a google search and found on a different forum where it mention the possibility of the Circuit Opening relay.

    No Fuel Pressure

Hi guys, I'm not sure if this should be in this section or General, but I have a fuel issue. As I was driving on the freeway, the car slowly lost power, sputtered a bit, then died. Upon diagnosing some basic things, I found that the EFI fuse was blown in the junction block of the engine. I...

Thoughts on FFIM's and throttle response

This was another question I had while thinking about FFIM's. So far this thread has given me valuable info leading me to also think about other supporting factors such as turbo size and pipe routing that affect engine response and torque. There was Sethron71's thread regarding his manifolds that...

Thoughts on FFIM's and throttle response

Good stuff black89t. Thanks for your insight! :bigthumb: Edit. I see that your FFIM was custom from your build thread. Interesting design.

Thoughts on FFIM's and throttle response

Interesting. The hose nozzle likeness makes sense. I'm currently running 2.5 hardpipes myself albeit still on stock pipe routing. Really I'm not looking to push the boundaries that much, possibly high 300's-low 400's.This project is going to be mostly sliding sideways, so high horsepower isn't...

Thoughts on FFIM's and throttle response

Great info guys, thanks for the input. So if my focus is looking toward increasing low end torque and response, it might be better to stay with the stock manifold? I'm guessing fuel mapping would probably be a better option of doing this?

Thoughts on FFIM's and throttle response

Hey guys, I honestly don't know about the air dynamics of manifolds, but I wanted to get some insight with those who have experiencing converting from the stock intake manifold to a FFIM. I've been surfing around both here and supraforums on a topic related to the different designs of FFIM's...

    help w/ 4 point harnesses

alrighy, so then a 4 point harness is pretty useless in a collision or even rolling over? And that the act of a 5 point harness is to keep the lap belt from riding up and prevent you from sliding under it in the event of a crash or rolling over, correct?
