it was between the ic and the manifold , it was a blanking plug that wasnt sealing right !! iv gota cut the top ic pipe and find a samco hose to replace the bit where the blanking plug is but it ok for now ! i think my boost controller vacum lines are on wrong as well , if i turn the boost up...

well iv found a leak !!! iv sorted that now but its getting to 10 - 11 psi and the wg opens as i can hear the screemer pipe , whats that about ???

cheers for all the imput guys , been away trucking and just got home to read all this . well im gona go dobble check all my pipe wrk to see if it leaking , as i dont realy wana change the exhaust yet , im due to go on the track at the weekend and wana bit more boost !! let u no how i go!

i take it u can get the uprated psi springs for the wg ?

supramike7m has the same kit and tells me the spring is set at 10.2 psi think thats me problem i wanted to run this turbo for a while them go 4 sumthing a bit better and was gona change the exhaust at the same time

yeh it dont go to bad hey they do have a 10.2 psi spring !! i though it was around there but just looked on there ebay site and the kit i bought said 10 - 19 psi cheers bud

was a none standard ct26 , i bought the car with a few things done to it , mind u it didnt last long at that boost !!!

be4 i put this turbo on i was running around the 20 psi mark with the same exhaust ?!

im running a straight through 2.5 in exhaust this should be ok ? the turbo exhaust housing is 3 in with a 3in down pipe going in2 a 2.5in system

alright bud , good to hear u sorted ur probs , i bought the t4 mani with the turbo . its not a bad set up hey ? im impressed at 10 psi , are u running the 50mm wg ? and what psi are u getting ?

hey the turbos only done 1000 miles so should be ok !! i thought that i had a 12 psi spring but looking again at the kit i bought it says 10 -19 psi so should be ok . but we disconected the wg so it should have made silly psi with no wg shouldt it ? but i am still only get 10 psi

every thing is conected as should be so i cant see it being a boost leak .

well , got the car apart and back together and running spot on no leaks !!! going for an mot test at the week end so should be able to start running the motor in
