I am looking to install a power steering cooler on my 87 NA and I was thinking of trying to fit a braided line to where the crimp connections are... Anyone know of which fitting would be needed?
Can anyone tell me which ECU and PLUGS I should be pulling at a junkyard? My plan is to find one in a yard and cut the harness and take the plugs and ecu...
Is there a drawing of how to wire the fuse box connectors or is that on the first page? My 1UZ came with a cut harness and no ECU so I have to do a lot of detective work to figure out what year my motor is and which plugs and ecu I need... anyone have any tell-ale info for me to verify what year...
As far as oil leaking into the combustion chamber... I used a hose attached to a wet/dry vacuum... worked like a charm... after that, the little bit that leaks down will be burnt off on the next startup
Probably not your valve cover gaskets... There are 3 head access plugs that hold down the black plate that covers the galley... These are only there for access to the head for machine shop cleaning and for holding that plate in place. These are known to leak oil into the spark plug galley...
The spindles i have have been cut and rewelded... approximately 1 1/4" have been removed... i need to source tie rods yet but knowing my current setup hits the lca i am thinking it needs to be modified... I am trying to find a set of Starion SHP rims which puts the fronts at I believe 7" wide...
