I would take the block and all related parts to a qualified engine machinist to check everything. You may still have enough room on the bores to do a slight hone with a torque plate to match each individual piston. I usually would do .0035 to .0038 on probe pistons.

You still have to spin balance the crank even after weight matching the piston/rod combo's. Most times some weight has to be removed from the crank in a few places to get it balanced to under 1 gram front and rear.
