I've been pretty busy with the old girl lately. My 1988 Supra is my DD but since I am in the Navy and live on base I have had some time to get some stuff done. Not to mention finally being able to afford to. Hooyah Navy.
So here is a list of everything I have done to the car the last couple...
Hey, if you're offering I can send you my address SideWinder. It wasn't a question about brake lines, it was a question about the BBK. I read this entire thread and I saw a mention of ABS "sorting out" the distribution of fluid between rear and front.
Anyway thanks for the feedback, guys. Now...
I honestly don't remember what I linked but the ones I linked a page back look right judging by the pictures. The sell said s430 '00 model calipers and they have the larger mounting tabs.
Thank you. I now have ordered everything and with shipping it is just over $300. Now I just have to cross my fingers and hope that my 18" Volks will allow the caliper to fit.
Just wanted to verify that I have purchased the correct calipers.

Damn...I overpaid for my Supra. All I can say is, 3.5 years ago I was a dumb 19 year old that wanted to own a SUPRA!! But I still own the car, have fixed it up considerably since then, and I love it so I guess it all worked out.
I've never really understood the difference between a strut and a shock. Maybe that makes me sound like a car noob, but I thought our cars had struts so if they don't have struts then I obvious don't know the difference lol.
Awesome man! Glad to see another future Sailor among the Supramania community. Good luck once you get to the Great Lakes, you'll be there a few months before me. You might need to let me know how bad it was xD.
Luckily I am not the party type lol. I'm 23, been working at dead end plant jobs and I'm sick of this lifestyle. I graduated from high school with honors, was in the top 2% of the nation in test scores, and got a full tuition scholarship to college. Sadly once I got there life kicked my ass and...
Thanks for that advice, I may not have thought about how damaging the coast could be to the poor car. Luckily I'll be getting a newer car once I'm in SC at school to let my DD Supra have a break and be treated as the project car she deserves to be.
I didn't bother to search for a thread like this because well....I didn't want to lol.
So I have enlisted in the U.S. Navy and begin my career this upcoming April. I've signed my contract for the Nuclear Power Field, and I'm very happy with my decision to join. Hopefully, despite the...
Thanks for the offer, Suprahero. Also the MK3 in your sig is gorgeous. 1jz? For my 88 I think I'm going to stick with the 7m but once I have the money I want to buy a new model like a 90-92 and do a 1jz swap.
If you aren't going to sport a supra you can't do much better than a clean sc300. I absolutely love those cars. You get great tuning potential with Lexus luxury. Good choice.
