I think it's just holes in the firewall that is pushing the heat through. I only get heat when I'm on the freeway going 60+. It is not an issue when I"m driving in town.

It was not 90 degrees. It was quite cool actually, high 70s to low 80s. The weather was no issue. My main question is, how do I keep the heat from the engine from coming through the firewall.

So I took a trip to the beach yesterday to enjoy myself and spend time with the fambam. The reason why I didn't say it was a nice trip was because on the way there and back, I was literally burned to death from the heat coming through the firewall of my Supra. The whole 2 and 1/2 hour ride there...

I don't know why you even want to overspend so much on a battery when you can get one for at the most $90, that is good enough for all your needs anyways.
