Right, i6 engines are balanced better than any v configuration. But regardless, it doesn't take away the fact that a v configuration can still be very reliable and yield high hp numbers. Also, it is a pita to work on. For instance, if you want to change the turbos the motor has to come out :(

Yeah all heat shields are in tact and there. There has to be a way to test this cps i need to check the tsrm. The thing I don't understand is how bad wires will cause it not to start ONLY when it is cold.

engine codes: 12, 24, 34 Today was the worst it took me 5 minutes to get this started. I jiggled the cps wires a little and tried cranking again, still took a little while, but it started finally. I don't know if jiggling the wires helped or not, but thought I would try.
