Try going to the task manager and find the rouge process and do a search for the executable on your machine. If not, you can always do a system restore to a point before this started happening and see if that works. Choosing the system restore point will not impact your personal data either so...

From the diagrams i saw it is the kick panel on the inside of the car where the 15amp fuse is. I checked all 15 amp fuses and none of them are blown.
