Yeah, it seems it might be a dead neo:( Super sad, because i didn't buy it from an authorized dealer and anyways, they only warranty their electronics for 90 days. So either way i am kinda screwed :(
Do these tweak out often, how much can i trust this now that it is working? I do see them available, but they are spendy. All it is is a simple pressure sensor. I am sure that there is another one from another car made my denso that would replace it. Also, what do people do after they are...
yeah, but there must be another sensor that works. The 1j and 2j sensors are pretty hard to locate and super expensive. I have driven it for a day now, and no problems. Have any of you had a similar problem?
SO yeah, i spent like 4 hours yesterday working on getting my 1j to start. For some reason it would only boost to 4lbs and then would have total fuel cut. Super horrible. Well it took a few hours of testing to figure out that the MAP sensor was actually malfunctioning. It would only go to 2.66v...

Well, it just has 100% without touching the throttle. How can you set it so it doesnt do 0 or 100 and no inbetween? Yes, i did the basic. Should i go into the advanced?
I have installed everything on my 1jz and i cannot get the Neo to show a throttle. I am seriously confused. Anyone running a neo on a 1jz have a similar problem, how did you fix it. I have tried everything to get it to work. It just says that there is zero voltage on the car and the throttle is...

The tach requires a square wave 12 volt signal. The black wire is not sending that off. Also, the wire is just fine, both ends have been tested. I am seriously baffled by this. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!
Many different things, an aftermarket tach that can deal with any combination of signals. Also a gauge that reads rpm adn other readings and then a volt meter and the stock tach. None of them read a signal from any of the wires taht are suppose to be sending a tach signal.
Well, it runs and drives totally fine. My Avcr and NEO reads the signal fine from the ecu, but when trying to tap any of the signals, nothing is there. The igniter seems totally functional, no breaking at any point.
okay, i really need help. none of the tach sensors are working. The ecu is getting the correct reading, but nothing from the igniter. Please help. I see people posting issues with tachs all the time, but i cant find a fix for them. The body is a 1989 and it has a new transplant 1jz. Please...
