I had a similar problem with mind it ended being that two of the wires going to the tps had rubbed together and shorting between the two

What rad caps are you using? I was having same problem with cheap parts store caps changed to a Stant cap and no more problems. Also does it boil out or just over fills the tank?

To check the rings I've heard or people turning the motor until done are at tdc then pouring enough tranny fluid on top to cover the piston and let it sit and see of it seeps pass the rings.

I would start with the a/c switch itself and trace power from there to where it stops whether that be the relay or broken wire etc.... As for your pressures either you have a leak or it was never fully charged. If it was an obstruction the discharge pressure would be higher.

I have to disagree I'm sure its suppose to have an o-ring as shown in the photo I posted and you can see the area where the o-ring goes in the other picture of the sensor

The failure switch is for people that routinely go over their cars. And if you know what your doing you only cut 4 wires and connect them together. I don't know about you guys but when mine went out I couldn't find one to save my life and if I did it was for pre 89 not post so in my case it was...
Could be your tail light failure switch all the power runs thru there before it reaches the taillights. If you search I believe there's a write up on how to bypass it.

Well being on coils you should be fine with +25 because the lower you are the wheels are naturally going to sit further inward.

By going with +25 its actually going to place the rim more towards the outside so your definitely going to have to roll your fenders. Also what suspension are you running that'll make a difference also

I posted my setup on here a couple weeks ago I have 17x9 et35 all the way around dropped on b&g springs. Had to roll the front fenders just a little.

If you order from superbright they're more expensive and you don't always get the right bulbs if you go by make and model
