    think i may of figured it out

    bov is supposed to be closed during idle ;) so if it's idling bad with that hole closed (same a bov closed) - look for a problem in intercooler piping. mine was stuck open and idle was also crap ;)

    i have one too, but its in german... :( it's sad that there ware no normal language manuals in europe except UK's (wheel is in wrong side, so information is not 100% the same)

    do not cut stuff, change your turbo, solder the wires on O2 and then reset ecu ;)

    change that bearing and hope for it to last a few hundred miles ;):D I would polish the crank, change the bearings to clevites, and sell that engine ;)

    wow, maybe the one who did the rebuild forgot to tighten it and it got loose? But I dont even want to try to guess where that bolt went...

    mine did the same thing, but tightening CC and throttle cables on the TB helped. Mine ware loose and had a terrible free-play.
