Is this a universal kit? I don't remember driftmotion having intercooler pipes for a 2J MK3. Also, where is your rad? It looks like that first pipe off the intake mani will interfere with the rad..

The tint doesn’t seem very dark so I don’t mind it (and normally I HATE tinted lights especially on a white car). Not a huge fan of the painted center section. Take a picture of the entire car, might make it easier to see if it suits the car.

300hp in a supra is a pretty simple recipe. Lexus AFM + 550cc injectors + walbro fuel pump and a boost controller. The downpipe, exhaust and hardpipes are all good ideas to help make power efficiently. The MAFT Pro is total overkill though. Get a electric boost controller and call it a day.
