    Sleepy Eye/ Projector Build

+1 for pics of the mounting bracket. If you do it the way shown here, no they only open half way. You could do it the way the 240z drift kidz do and wire in a switch to stop the lights half way up, but the your headlights point at the ground.. Like this...

GreenChevelleSS's Supra Engine rebuild and Supra clean up!

Got to love a smoooth 7M. How much did the machine shop end up taking off the block? Heat will be your friend for this. Get yourself a heat gun/blow dryer or better yet a steamer. If you get it nice and hot the glue will come off with it, so you don't have to go over it with a razor and ruin...

Almost no power and exhaust smokes up through the hood

IIRC turbo motors from 86.5-88 had one knock sensor and 89+ had two. Not sure if that's the same for non turbo motors.

I put a deposit down on a few parts (replacement seats, new taillights and ect.) Bought them from a 'local' but won't be picking them for a month or two because he is actually 3 hours away.

Same location as the stock exhaust, it will only sit like an 1.5" lower then stock. Just take it easy over those speed bumps and it will be fine. Just think, half the cars on these forums have 3" exhaust and some have bigger. So I'm not sure what's to worry about.

Well there's your problem lol. If I had to deal with emissions I'd be using a high flow cat of some sort.

Nope, ecu will 'think' everything is stock while running 25% more air/fuel. If you want to fine tune or use bigger injectors then youll need something like the SAFC.

Most people see 11psi after a full exhaust and downpipe. That should put you just under fuel cut. If you want to play it safe then go ahead with the lexus AFM and 550's. I know your altitude can play a factor in when fuel cut is hit. Will you hit fuel cut sooner at lower altitude or higher? I...

^ that is one thorough quote! I like the way that shop operates. Not like the shop I used. Quoted me over the phone $7k for engine build and install. Then hands me a bill nearly double that when its done

    Mild Upgrades ?

This will get you started http://www.suprastore.com/stivimk3tu7m.html Basically, start with routine maintenance. And look into re-torquing the head ASAP. Then get yourself a 3" exhaust and a proper down pipe before turning up the boost a bit. If that isn't enough, replace your mas air...

Bringing a supra back to life.

First things first, drain the gas and fill it up with new stuff. Follow up with an oil change and new belts. Inspect the rad hoses and vacume lines for any cracks. Charge the battery, fire it up and check for leaks! I know my old car sat for a while before i bought it but not sure how long...
