On our mits 3000 we ran a -8 up to a fuel bar which is -8 and two -6 out. We also ran the co2 through the fuel bar to chill the fuel right before it hits the rails. The 3000 has two rails so it would be essentially like your dual setup.

When I was at the SEMA show this year I made it a point to ask an engineer that worked for Walbro about the shielding the two pumps duee to the magnetic thing. He pretty much told that that is a complete myth. I have made setups both ways and both have worked and continue to work

We do offer a install kit that allows you to simply bolt the Jr on. In the kit you get color install manual, lines(water & oil) and every other part you could even think of needing.
Generally it will take you longer to remove the CT26 than to install the Jr...it's really that easy!
The comp series and BOSS are to different turbos. The BOSS refers to the exhaust housing which we designed, cast and machine here in MN. Justin & Joe used to work for ITS and then started their own business called Comp.

You will be better off with the Fidanza cam gears. We have had customers tell us the AEM slip under power. The AEM use 3 bolts to keep tight, the Fidanza use 5.
Gates produces the timing belts for Greddy. The ONLY difference is the name on the belt. Some people just prefer the Greddy label on it. We sell both and when I tell my customers the can save some money the still want the Greddy instead...
