My ear is actually sore from taking calls just on basic info this week. Stang 90mm fixed flange pattern, adapter plate will be available for Q45 pattern. We know both the deminsions and if the end user wishes to make there own pattern know problem, we do not know the pattern for any TB besides...
The problem with a flange like that is a 90mm opening will break into the q56 pattern. You will also be trying to open a 90mm into a hole much smaller to it would completely defeat the purpose of the large TB.
The flange that is attached to the TB will have a 90mm opening and a stang bolt...
The adapter flange won't need to be thick to work. I have a 70mm & 80mm TB in the Q45 pattern and they will sit in the same location as the 90mm with an adapter plate. The TB's we use do not use the coolant lines and such which is what usually makes the "Q45" so long

Fitting a FFIM to a stock IC isn't really going to do alot in performance for you. Getting the stock IC piping wrapped all the way back around is probably going to cost more than picking up a Xo2 IC and replacing the stock...and much more efficient.

I'm thinking were are going to offer the FFIM a couple different ways, unit only you can do all your own TB setup, or our a few different kit versions
Kits will have the linkage setup worked out that will work for our TB's.

I don't think we make any of the same parts do we? We have talked to hundreds of people about building the FFIM for us going back awhile now. Our first idea was making a bolt on for the lower runners and have changed to what you see now.

We are using one of the thermo gaskets on Gregs 3000 and we havn't really noticed any temp difference. The only reason we are still using it is it works as a great 1/4" spacer.
