I think he installed the driveshaft the same time as the 5 spd. but i was thinking 20% loss of say 300 compared to 15%, it must be 15-20 hp at the wheels he gained from the swap not including the driveshaft.

tires? did you notice any more power when u swapped to the 5 spd? I have a similar set up with s-afcII, 4.30's, 550's, minus afpr and mine was 3450 at the track with me in it. 13.22@113.99mph at 15psi 2.373 60'. was that at mission? I will be back once the track is dry and my new clutch is in...

both my supras had the stock paint color under the hood. I figured by removing the insulation it would allow a little more flow from the engine to the vents and would not trap the heat in by acting as a engine blanket.

acceleration is not linear, the lower the gear ratio the slower you will accelerate. 0-60 say 5sec, 60-120 more then 5.

15psi on my 57trim ct daily, 365rwhp. you can run as much boost as you want on pump, just need to back off the timming.

it must be the targa because I have no sound detener, ac, ps, rear seats and a few other small things and my 86.5 weighs 3300 without me and about 1/4 tank. my 88 weighed about the same as my 86.5 minus the abs. there is no other difference in the shells.

I hit 15-16 psi on my 57 trim with ported wg with no boost controller. I would not worry about it. just turn the boost controller to .8 bar and live with it. Put the stock dp back on and tell me what happenes.
