Yup, Speedfreak426 over there as well. I try not to post all that much there but I still frequent it every day for the local car news fix. I think we could involve the supra guys here with the xceed meets even if it won't be all supras, the more people the more likely it is to happen...

No supra for me, but I have a 1977 Celica with a 7M-GTE, does that count?

I used the full length clutch line from DM when I put the 7M in my celica. It worked absoutely beautifully! Perfect, no leaks, nothing.

I have a big mouth downpipe, 3" exhaust, stock internals, 2.5" intercooler pipes and not much else..... I hit fuel cut at 9.5psi, normally around 4000rpm, especially in 3rd and 4th gear (but my 7m is in a 1977 celica if that matters) No boost leaks.

I was able to get mine off no problem, a nice swivel socket and a few extensions from underneath

driftmotion.com has a very nice braided stainless adapter hose, that is what I used!

I am not running the T rear, I thought about it... but I ended up putting a rear end from a 1968 440 Dodge Dart. Should be plenty strong. If you look in some of the pics you can see that the rear is now 5 lug.

I'm not really sure, it's not really a hard ridge, there is a ridge there, but it is smooth to the touch.... It does not catch your fingernail while running over it. Hard to explain. There is almost no ridge at the tops of the cyl's :( :1zhelp:

:cry: Kind of hard when all of the engine parts are laying on top of the toolbox and the transmission is in pieces.... and there is snow on the ground! LOL anyways, I didn't ever notice the noise on start up while DDing it. Only on that vid. I didn't watch the video til like a week...

The noise at the end of the video is just a heat shield rattling. IJ: When I looked at the pistons last I was pretty sure there were no markings on the crowns of the pistons? I dont have access to a big enough vernier caliper or t bar mic I don't think. I will check at work tomorrow though...
