    The ge can run with out the tps plugged in as it will use the afm to determine what the throttle position is at, but it should be hooked up. The red clip could also be a vsv. Is it like the first pic or the second?

    True unless it is not fully engaging or disengaging, Which could burn the clutch and could cause syncro problems.

    Ya I noticed that the spring perch is a little bit higher on them. I installed some h&r's with some monroe's on a friends car and it was a tad higher than my old car with tokicos.

    I have heard of it going just slightly above stock and working fine with aftermarket intercoolers. Iirc all the did was bend one tab and move it upwards one hole.

    Ya thats a narrow band shit sensor. Wide band sensors tell you the the exact amount of air to fuel ratio all the time. Not the o my lights in green so i must be good type of thing. Wide band will tell you its 11.8 vs narrow band green, yellow, or red.

    Fuel cut caries from car to car depending on various things. I run a 57 trim at 7-8 psi and have hit 9psi with out any problems. LEAVE THE EGR ALONE. if you know what it does and how it works and how the tccs acts to it then you wouldn't ask. Stock intercooler is good for about 350hp...
