Sounds like cps wiring. My car does basically same thing sometimes. I mess with the wiring and its died a couple times and its gotten better a couple times. But same sound like a crazy misfire.

You should ditch the the stock elbow and megan down pipe. Restriction right there. If its loud and droning a resonator would help.

Bleeder torque is 76in-lbs. In other words not really tight at all. Was prolly way over tightened to begin with and being 20 years old with who noes how many hands are on it, it could have happened to anyone.
