    Headgasket choice?

Felpro is a stock style. It will work fine and is about as low as you want to go. If you dont have the money for the felpro dont even bother. Ive used it twice on 2 different motors and neither had a problem after.

    steering help?

Actually ya that would correct it. The rack will only turn so many times from lock to lock. So the column will only turn so many times from lock to lock. Someone prolly did what your not supposed to do which is stick the wheel on anywhere and and adjust the tie rods till it drives straight.

    Headgasket choice?

Sort of. You'll hit fc alot quicker tho. Edit.I run 57 on stock fuel. If you want more power you need more supporting mods/

    Headgasket choice?

All depends on your tune. If using stock turbo you can go just before fuel cut.

    Headgasket choice?

Stock hg. Unless both the block and head are machined then get a mhg. If not stock. Lower compression more boost = higher compression less boost.

    machine work

Pressure check the head. Cams need to come out to machine the head. If you do valve job obviously everything would need to come out. Have him check to see if you need to line bore the block. Good to get new freeze plugs while your in there as they can be a major pain in the car. Fresh start...

Wiring problem: lights won't go off...

Check the body plugs at the ecu. Head light relay. Or the switch. Retract relay is only for retract. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=060

how do i get more boost?

It controls how much boost the waste gate sees. Waste gate opens at 5 psi then boost controller is set to 8 it wont let the wastegate open till there is 8 psi.
