If the belts not tight it will squeal and and not produce enough voltage out of it. Lights load up the car. ESp at night with the headlights on and heater and radio.
Get a full dp and intake and intercooler and the boost should raise it self. Then take it to below fuel cut.
And yes if the hg is on its way out its going to go quick with added boost.

Depending which holes and how much room might need a angle drill or even to pull the motor up. Iirc the kit comes with the taps needed
I would just get the above then. That should be plenty and not be crazy with driveways and speed bumps.
Eibachs are a softer spring but the sway bars will make up for it. You can run a soft spring and a stiff sway bar and get te same effect as a stiff spring and a soft sway bar.
