For the money spent on the aem and tuning alone plus cams is almost enough to do a 2jz swap.
Also revving to 7k with the ct is not good for the motor. Puts too much pressure on the motor not allowing the exhaust to flow.
Better to get a full downpipe like the driftmotion megamouth or a ddp like the bic one.
Anything with the stock elbow is pretty much pointless.
Of course you need the rest of the exhaust to be full 3in as well. Anything less will be the bottle neck.
I like that idea way better because its right there in plain sight. Can look at speedo tach and afr all at 1 glance.
If you dont mind losing the clock could always cut out a spot for it there. That is my second alternative but i like my clock at the moment.

there mibrums 1500hp 7m dragster. Still sounds different tho.
It got to have somewhere around there to get a 7.8 and only a hand ful of people have that much.
Most likely for it to be running a 7.8 esp in a foreign rundown country its going to be a 2jz or a v8.
Also a cammed open pipe jz sounds a lot different than a bpu stock exhaust jz.
7m cammed and open pipe sounds way throatier than that. That is super smooth.
