    Driver has nothing to do with pulling on a car at 140mph in 4th gear.. and after 5252rpms the car with more of longer power should pull all things being equal. there might have been a 20hp PEAK disadvantage for Dre, but Im positive he made more average Hp after 5252 in areas were it matters most.

    eagle rods are the only cheap sub $900 I know for a 2jz. and surely u cant compare a 1jz with forged rods and pistons to a stock bottom 2jz.

    Im not near my motor but the gasket cant be smaller than the port, it has to be equal or slightly larger. smaller would create reversion. if it is equal sized, then a dremel should fix that.
