yep, thread pitch is M12x1.50, i believe that fitting you posted will work or the drift motion one which is a 12x1.5 to -6an.
edit: also i think the restrictor part needs to be on the m12x1.5 part.. not entirely sure it makes a difference tho...

my moneys on the iacv, but im sure you guys will have that loopy idle figured out in no time. i was mainly talking about what id do as far as the "noise" goes.
jordan i honestly wouldnt open her up.. drain the oil and remove the filter. look for any metal shavings... if none then great. do a compression test, if it passes then check your accessorys for any bolts that could have come in contact with a pulley or something. if nothing turns up after all...
id do a compression and leak down test. if it passes those and the noise is gone or only there during warm up then id keep it as is, but if it fails the comp or leakdown tests then id open her up.
