I have 235/45-17F and 275/40-17R on H&R and Tokicos with no problems. I choose the 45 series in the front to try to give it a little height because I knew the H&R's would be dropping the front way down.

It is an XS powers/ ss autochrome DP 3" V band clamp with a spot for EGT probe.

I don't think you will get a straight answer on that. I asked the same question and I still don't know. What I do know is that I have over 500 ft lbs of tq and it does fine.
I think 500 would be the limit if you want it to last.
I just asked Neil from C&N Performance and he said 450 reliable.
