Believe me, it's not "slight" at all. I'm sure some people would be afraid for their lives if they hit the brakes in my car, lol. Not only can you feel it in the brake pedal, it's obvious with the wheel off and you can run your fingers across what is supposed to be flat and it's wavy metal.

I've had a few Supras with "warped" rotors, and this was something that was documented as being a design flaw in some early magazine articles by Road & Track. They had taken a 30,000 mile old mkII and drove it for a good long while, mostly normal driving, but had to replace the front rotors...

assuming the mkII can catch traction at all, lol

Hmm, usually a shimmy when braking is a warped rotor, needs to be turned. bad tie rods, from my experience, shimmy at speeds from 40-60mph or so until they get worse, then the speed range increases.

ehe, some of us get into crappy situations. one time my starter actually cracked off the bellhousing as I was backing out of a parking lot causing a horrible grinding noise. it was just me and my girlfriend (read: girl friend cause I dont swing that way folks, lol) and some various tools...

Didn't notice any water coming out of the cylinder? Sounds like a possible hydrolocking situation, I had to remove my #3 plug every time to start my black car when she had BHG.

Yep, finally here. Haven't seen many Supras around. I saw a very sexiful 89 or 90 red turbo cruisin around, but it was from New York. Then I saw a pre-89 black on a car sale lot, but other than that none. One mkIV, stuffed under someones carport, all dusty :nono: It's gonna be awhile before...
