There are plenty of "normal" meals that don't have meat. AKAIK mac and cheese doesn't have any meat, and certainly doesn't take a rocket scientist to make. Some of the frozen dinner mac n cheese' are pretty good, like Stouffers (dunno about "meat" content as I haven't read labels for years...
