I have a dell inspiron 1000 that needs a new battery. Problem is the old battery says 9.5 volts on the pack. When I do my search I keep coming across some 9.5v and some 14 volt batteries. If I use the dell battery number ( Dell P5413 ) I get mixed results as well..... :1zhelp:

Can't vouch for a machine shop but you can call up two repair shops that might point you in the right direction. Both shops specialize in High Performance imports. Just be honest with them and tell them you've got a project car and you need a machine shop.
